Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At Patcheee, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we adhere to the following return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
We only offer refunds for products that are:
- Defective: The product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
- Damaged during transit: The product is visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling.
- Wrong delivery : you receive the wrong product
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect or damage (e.g., photographs). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We cannot accept exchanges, returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind: Once the product has been purchased, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

Improper use: Products that have been misused, improperly stored, or tampered with.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email us at naila@patcheee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Evidence: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
- Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs
- If your refund is approved for a defective or damaged product, Patcheee will cover the return shipping costs.
- For cases where a return is not eligible, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
